Simple Beauty: A Two-Location Colorado Wedding

What a great shoot! Loved meeting this couple! So much love between the two of them, super friendly and easy-going while be willing to say what they wanted. Couldn't ask for better clients or a better wedding session.

A new client called me while I was at the grocery store. It was an unknown number but I thought, “I should take this.” As opposed to, “It’s probably a scammer.” Turned out it was someone who wanted to talk to me about photographer her wedding. We talked through some of the details and left the exact date and time pending. We had to go back and forth a few times on the date and I remember thinking this isn’t normal. Normally, if I can’t do a wedding date, they’ll just find someone who can. They were willing to work with me including rescheduling the judge. Long story short, it was meant to be. Really enjoyed this two-location shoot. First stop, the Denver County Courthouse. Hope to shoot there again… so many fun angles and lighting situations to work with. Second stop, Lookout Mountain, 25 minutes to the west of downtown Denver. Again, great place to shoot… views for days with a combination of wide open shooting lanes into the sunset and forested shooting areas. All in all, this was a great wedding shoot and made a couple new friends along the way. Congrats Bridget and Yalmar!

¡Felicidades Bridget y Yalmar!

Officers Gulch Family Session

A wonderful family visiting from Indiana decided to book a shoot with me during their trip to Colorado, and I couldn't be happier to have met them!

I truly love this place for its convenience, and accessibility, but mostly for its beauty. A wonderful family visiting from Indiana decided to book a shoot with me during their trip to Colorado, and I couldn't be happier to have met them. It's remarkable how, by the end of a shoot, I can feel connected to a family I've just met. I think it’s because of the universal goodness that shines through families when they come together for a single purpose and have fun doing it. By the end of each shoot, I always feel grateful to have met such awesome people and find myself rooting for them as their newest fan. Thank you, Caitlin, for the wonderful review—I'm grateful for the experience and the connection!

A Colorado Couple's Farewell: Special Photo Session Before Military Training

If you're looking for professional photography in Colorado to capture your special moments, whether it's a couple's session, family portraits, or any other occasion, I'm here to help.

I recently had the pleasure of providing professional photography for a young couple from Colorado before they go their separate ways for a while. He is about to start his journey in the Air Force and will soon be heading to Little Rock, Arkansas, for his training.

This couple has known each other since they were kids and wanted to capture some special moments together before he leaves. Against the beautiful Colorado scenery, I took photos that show their strong bond and the love they share.

These pictures will serve as a reminder of their time together and the new adventures ahead. I wish him all the best in his military career and hope these photos bring comfort and joy during their time apart.

If you're looking for professional photography in Colorado to capture your special moments, whether it's a couple's session, family portraits, or any other occasion, I'm here to help. Here are a few highlights from their session.
